Just Plug Lighting Systems
Applies to all light sets, accessories, power supply units, and adapters.
All Just Plug Lighting products including all Nano and LED lights as well as any structures or accessories using Just Plug LED or Nano lights require the use of the Just Plug power hub and power supply units.
Any lighting units spliced, rewired, or powered by any other source contrary to the Just Plug Hub and power supply unit can result in malfunctions or shortages in the lighting units which can result in damage or hazardous circumstances.
Any evidence of modification to the original condition of any of the Just Plug Lighting System accessories or hardware will automatically void any eligibility for returns, exchanges, refunds and/ or any other liabilities as a result of the misuse of this product.

Special Orders
The costs, completion dates, & shipping times of special orders will vary on an individual basis. Before finalizing the details of these orders you will receive specific information that will include final costs and date of delivery. Examples of special orders would be:
- Bulk or wholesale items that are not currently in stock
- Back orders on temporarily unavailable items and,
- Personalized or custom works

Cancellations
We work hard to ship all orders quickly. Once your order has been placed we begin processing it immediately, because of this, we can only accept cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing your order if it has not already been shipped. Please be sure to double check your shopping cart confirming it's accuracy of the contents as well as quantities prior to completing your order.
Returns
Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described
We have a 30 day no-hassle return policy if your item is damaged, defective, or is not as described.
In order to return your item/s:
- Be sure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to receive instructions on how to begin the return process.
- Hold on to all original packaging including the box or mailer your items were delivered in. (We may need this for insurance purposes)
- Once we have processed your return you may request to exchange/replace the item or receive a full refund
including all shipping costs.
In order to return your item/s:

Buyer's Remorse or No Fault Returns
If you are not totally happy with your order we are more than happy to return or exchange your item!

- All items must be in original packaging with no signs of being used or damaged
- Package the items securely and ship them safely to the return address that was provided to you
Once we receive your return in it's original condition we will begin processing your refund minus all shipping expenses.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
* We do not refund or reimbursement shipping expenses under a "NO Fault" or Buyer's Remorse return.
* We do not accept returns for bulk or wholesale purchases under a "NO Fault" or Buyer's Remorse return.
* A restocking fee could be accessed for special orders

Lost & Stolen Packages
Please be sure to double check your mailing address for accuracy to avoid delays or the possibility of your package being lost or stolen.
